The IDV process at Docusign is the authentication of a user ID after it is being uploaded. It used to confirm one’s identity.

The series of illustrations aim to inform the user about the background process happening after upload. Based on research, the animations need to be informative and provide a delight while the user is waiting for the process to complete. Not all processes have the same verification steps so each animation have to be loop able and interchangeable.

I created each animations in After Effects and exporting them into JSON format for scalability and reduced file size.
