The Olympus R&D department wanted a concept video for their E-PL1 micro 4/3rd mirror-less camera. The goal was to make the camera more attractive, intuitive and fun to use. The video was shown internally to the head of R&D and up to the CEO of Olympus. The company eventually adopted some of the concepts demonstrated in the video such as using a wider & touch screen and better GUI.
